Food Prep Week 10/9

This week we did burritos.  Veggie crumbles, refried beans and cheese.  For our sides we had tortillas with salsa and avocados.  I fried the burritos and they were thing I looked forward to everyday for sure.  I used my avocado and made me a quick guac, I'm sure my cousin didn't eat his.  He can be lazy if it requires too much effort.  Here are the burritos are rolled and ready for me, plus my plate for the week...
